Groceries and everyday basics.
Pantry staples, toiletries, clothing, household necessities and other basics when things are running short.
FOOD & PANTRY →The problems are as diverse as the neighbors we help.
Our Work
Some days it is groceries. Some days it is a hot meal, a ride, a utility bill, recovery support, or help getting through an emergency.
Almost Home starts with the need in front of us and does what we can with the resources we have.

Four ways we show up
These are the main ways neighbors connect with Almost Home. Each path starts with what the person in front of us actually needs.

Real life problems rarely fit neatly into a box.
If more than one thing is going wrong, start by telling us what is happening.
Food may lead to a conversation about transportation. A housing problem may uncover a utility shutoff. Recovery support may begin with one safe ride.
We may not be able to fix everything. We can listen, look at the situation in front of us, and see where Almost Home may be able to help.
Help happens because people keep showing up.
Donations, volunteers, community drives and local partners give Almost Home the support needed to respond when the next need walks through the door.
