What a fantastic night at #StoneSoupKitchen!

What a fantastic night at #StoneSoupKitchen! We had 26 guests, with 4 new friends in attendance.

Our food/volunteer team - The Patio Pals - did an absolutely fantastic job. Not only was their dinner delicious and cooked with love, but they brought along a bunch of laundry care bags for our friends in need as well as a generous donation.

We also have very bittersweet news to share. If you've ever joined us at Church Under the Bridge or at Stone Soup, then you've probably met our Ronel.

Ronel has been with Alive for about 2.5 years now. He did his internship, and then most recently, he moved into the role of assistant pastor.

But his next chapter of life begins this week back home in Michigan, as he, his wife and their beautiful boys move closer to family.

Ronel has been such an important part of the Almost Home ministry, and will will miss him tremendously.
