Billy's heart was the purest most of us have ever known.
This is Billy Clark.
We lost Billy after a valiant and horrific battle with AIDS and cancer three years ago today.
We found Billy some years back. Sick, homeless, and alone.
He immediately became a lifelong friend of Almost Home, where he was loved by so many.
Billy's heart was the purest most of us have ever known.
In the weeks leading up to his passing, Billy's focus was on getting out Christmas cards to his friends and family. He was so very sick, but wanted to make sure those closest to him knew that they were loved.
Only wanting to bring joy and happiness to others, our second Loaves and Fishes closet at the Chicago Ridge Nursing and Rehab Center is named in Billy's honor.
If you haven't already joined our campaign, would you consider a monthly gift of just $8 per month to help us continue to serve those like Billy Clark?
